Family Service Coordinator - Early Intervention - 40 hrs/wk

Are you looking for a rewarding career making a difference in the life of a child? We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Family Service Coordinator for our Early Intervention program. In this position, you will provide information and support to families and coordinate services for children with special needs. You must possess good organizational, communication, and documentation skills as much of the job is paperwork-focused. We require a bachelor’s degree in a related field and prefer some experience in social services. This job requires visiting families in the home therefore, you must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license and car insurance, and a good driving record.
