ERSEA Specialist 4500 South
29 hours/week
Early Head Start
A part-time position has become available for an ERSEA Specialist to support the eligibility, recruitment, enrollment, selection, and attendance areas of the Early Head Start program at our 4500 South location. The Early Head Start Program provides services to low-income families with children in the birth to three age range and/or pregnant women. In this position you will participate in enrollment and recruitment activities including implementing recruitment plans in the community to identify and target low income families. You will also conduct application appointments with interested families, assist with prioritization and selection into the program, and track and input enrollment data in the electronic information system. Driving is required so you must be at least 21, have reliable transportation, a current driver license, auto insurance, and a good driving record. This job requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of six months in social or family services and experience working with children and families. This position comes with good benefits including vacation, sick, and personal leave, 18 paid holidays, retirement through Utah Retirement Systems, 401(k) options, mileage reimbursement at 50 cents a mile and a flexible schedule. Family Service Coordinator-Tooele

We are currently seeking a part-time (29 hr/wk) Family Service Coordinator for our Early Intervention program at our Tooele site. In this position you will provide information and support to families and coordinate services for children with special needs. You must possess good organizational, communication, and documentation skills as much of the job is paperwork-focused. We require a bachelor’s degree in a related field and prefer some experience in social services. This job requires visiting families in the home therefore, you must have reliable transportation, a current driver license and car insurance, and a good driving record. Janitor-Tooele

A part-time position has become available for a Janitor both in the Early Intervention program and Early Head Start program at our Tooele site. Janitor duties include keeping offices, meeting areas, and other areas of the building clean and orderly. We are looking for a candidate that is thorough, detailed, and takes pride in their work. This job requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three months related experience or training. This position comes with some benefits including vacation and sick leave, 401(k) options, and a flexible schedule. A background screen is conducted on all new hires.

Support Specialist
15-19 hours/week
Adult and Youth Services
The Adult and Youth Services program is looking for a part-time Support Specialist to provide supported employment and supported living services to individuals with disabilities in the community. In this position you will provide support to clients in their workplace and/or in the home in the areas of medical needs, personal hygiene, transportation, social activities, and other life skills. We require a high school diploma or equivalent and we prefer a minimum of six months related experience. We provide vacation and sick leave, mileage reimbursement and a flexible schedule. Speech and Language Pathologist-Duchesne
Early Intervention
A part-time position has become available for a Speech and Language Pathologist in our Early Intervention program at our Duchesne site. In this position you will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations and provide home-based individual services to infants and toddlers with special needs and their families. We will provide training in early intervention to the right candidate. This job requires a Master's degree from an accredited college oruniversity in Speech and Language Pathology, Utah state licensure, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or commencement of Clinical Fellowship Year. This position comes with good benefits including vacation and sick leave, 18 holidays, 401 (k) options, and mileage reimbursement at 50 cents a mile. Somali Interpreter

DDI VANTAGE Early Intervention program in Salt Lake City provides home-based services to special needs children from birth to three. We are looking for an on-call Somali Interpreter to accompany therapists to the homes of the children and families we serve to provide oral interpretation and written translation services. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating in Somali. Driving will be required therefore you must be at least 21, have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record. A background screen and motor vehicle report will be run on all new hires. This position comes with some benefits including a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement.

Burmese Interpreter
Early Intervention

We are looking for a part-time Burmese Interpreter to accompany staff to the homes of the children and families we serve to provide oral interpretation and written translation services. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating in Burmese. Driving will be required therefore you must be at least 21, have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record. A background screen and motor vehicle report will be run on all new hires. This position comes with some benefits including a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement.

Karin Interpreter
Early Intervention
DDI VANTAGE provides home-based early intervention services to special needs children from birth to three. We are looking for an on-call Karin Interpreter to accompany staff to the homes of the children and families we serve to provide oral interpretation and written translation services. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating in Karin. Driving will be required therefore you must be at least 21, have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record. We offer mileage reimbursement at .50 per mile.

Kurdish Interpreter
Early Intervention
DDI VANTAGE provides home-based early intervention services to special needs children from birth to three. We are looking for an on-call Kurdish Interpreter to accompany staff to the homes of the children and families we serve to provide oral interpretation and written translation services. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating in Kurdish. Driving will be required therefore you must be at least 21, have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record. A background screen and motor vehicle report will be run on all new hires. This position comes with some benefits including a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement.
