Child Care Adviser (Bilingual Spanish) Early Head Start-CC
19 hours/week
Early Head Start
A 19 hour per week position has become available in the Early Head Start program for a bilingual Spanish Child Care Adviser to provide services for children and families in center-based partnerships to address the early childhood development and disabilities components of the Head Start Program Performance Standards. In this position you will observe classrooms, plan childcare teacher training, and ensure classroom lesson plans align with child development goals. Experience working with children and families is a center setting is preferred. We require a bachelors degree in education, family development, human development, social services or related area. You must be at least 21, have reliable transportation, a current drivers license, car insurance, and a good driving record. Lead Instructor-East

A full-time position (40 hr/wk) has become available for a Lead Instructor at our East site. In this position you will provide individual and group services to children who are enrolled in DDI VANTAGE Play 'n Learn groups, including planning curriculum and activities. We require a bachelors degree in education, family development, human development, social services or related area. The Adult and Youth Services program is looking for a part-time 29 hour Support Specialist to provide supported living, mentoring, and supported employment to individuals with disabilities in the community. Duties include supporting clients in the areas of daily life skills, and providing transportation for appointments, errands, and social activities. We require a high school diploma or equivalent and we prefer a minimum of six months related experience. Benefits include vacation, sick, and personal leave, retirement through Utah Retirement systems, 401(k) options, mileage reimbursement at 50 cents per mile, and a flexible schedule. This position requires driving therefore you must be at least 21, have a good driving record, a current driver license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Speech and Language Pathologist-Duchesne
Early Intervention
A part-time position has become available for a Speech and Language Pathologist in our Early Intervention program at our Duchesne site. In this position you will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations and provide home-based individual services to infants and toddlers with special needs and their families. We will provide training in early intervention to the right candidate. This job requires a Master's degree from an accredited college oruniversity in Speech and Language Pathology, Utah state licensure, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or commencement of Clinical Fellowship Year. This position comes with good benefits including vacation and sick leave, 18 holidays, 401 (k) options, and mileage reimbursement at 50 cents a mile. Somali Interpreter
Early Intervention
DDI VANTAGE Early Intervention program in Salt Lake City provides home-based services to special needs children from birth to three. We are looking for an on-call Somali Interpreter to accompany therapists to the homes of the children and families we serve to provide oral interpretation and written translation services. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating in Somali. Driving will be required therefore you must be at least 21, have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record. A background screen and motor vehicle report will be run on all new hires. This position comes with some benefits including a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement.

Burmese Interpreter
Early Intervention
DDI VANTAGE provides home-based early intervention services to special needs children from birth to three. We are looking for a part-time Burmese Interpreter to accompany staff to the homes of the children and families we serve to provide oral interpretation and written translation services. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating in Burmese. Driving will be required therefore you must be at least 21, have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record. Karin Interpreter
Early Intervention
DDI VANTAGE provides home-based early intervention services to special needs children from birth to three. We are looking for an on-call Karin Interpreter to accompany staff to the homes of the children and families we serve to provide oral interpretation and written translation services. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating in Karin. Driving will be required therefore you must be at least 21, have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record. We offer mileage reimbursement at .50 per mile.

Kurdish Interpreter
Early Intervention
DDI VANTAGE provides home-based early intervention services to special needs children from birth to three. We are looking for an on-call Kurdish Interpreter to accompany staff to the homes of the children and families we serve to provide oral interpretation and written translation services. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating in Kurdish. Driving will be required therefore you must be at least 21, have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record.
