United Way of Utah County mobilizes the caring power of Utah County communities to advance the common good. In 2008, United Way initiated a 10-year program to (1) improve education and cut the number of high school dropouts; (2) help families achieve financial stability and economic independence, and (3) promote healthy lives and reduce risky behaviors.

The Office of Head Start (OHS) helps young children from low-income families prepare to succeed in school through local programs. Head Start and Early Head Start programs promote children's development through services that support early learning, health, and family well-being.

The mission of the Utah Parent Center (UPC or Center) is to help parents help their children, youth, and young adults with all disabilities to live included, productive lives as members of the community.

Baby Watch enhances early growth and development in infants and toddlers, who have developmental delays or disabilities, by providing individualized support and services to the child and their family. DDI Vantage partners with Baby Watch to provide Early Intervention (EI) services through a family coaching model that focuses on helping children meet goals in all areas of development. All services take place in the child’s natural environment (home, child care, etc.) and are tailored to meet the individual needs of the child and family.
