Classroom Assistant-West
29 hours/week
Early Intervention
DDI VANTAGE Early Intervention provides services to infants and toddlers with special needs. We currently have a part-time (29 hr/wk) position for a Classroom Assistant. In this position you will aid the Lead Instructor with the Play 'n Learn groups and assist in the documentation of children's progress. You will also assist with setting and cleaning up the classroom, and in the preparation of lessons, visual aids, music, and crafts. We require at least six months experience working with infants and toddlers, preferably in a childcare setting, and a high school diploma or GED. This position comes with great benefits including 18 paid holidays, sick leave, personal leave and vacation; retirement through the Utah Retirement Systems, and 401(k) options. A background screen is run on all new hires.

Special Educator II-West
40 hours/week
Early Intervention
A full-time position has become available at the West site for a Special Educator. In this position you will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide individual and group services to children enrolled in the program. You will conduct developmental evaluations and assessments on infants and toddlers to assist in determining program eligibility and to assist parents and caregivers in implementing a home program to achieve the desired outcomes. You must have a master’s degree in Special Education. Since driving is required you must be at least 21, have reliable transportation, a current driver license, car insurance and a good driving record. Speech and Language Pathologist-East 40 hours/week
Early Intervention
A full-time position has become available for a Speech and Language Pathologist in our Early Intervention program at our East site. In this position you will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations and provide home-based individual services to infants and toddlers with special needs and their families. We will provide training in early intervention to the right candidate. This job requires a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Speech and Language Pathology, Utah state licensure, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or commencement of Clinical Fellowship Year. Child Development Specialist-East

A part-time position (19 hrs/wk) has become available at the East site for a Child Development Specialist. This position will provide home-based therapy services to special needs children from birth to three in order to enhance the child's development and facilitate parents in implementing a home program. We require a bachelor’s degree in education, family development, human development, social services or related area. You must be at least 21, have reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, car insurance, and a good driving record. Family Advocate-Tooele
19 hours/week
Early Head Start
A part-time position has become available for a Family Advocate for our Early Head Start program at our Tooele site. The Family Advocate provides services for pregnant women, and for children and their families in the areas of early childhood development, disabilities, child health and safety, nutrition, prenatal education, and family partnerships. Job duties include conducting weekly home visits to provide education, referrals, and other advisory services to program participants; assist parents and pregnant women in ensuring that their health and mental health needs are met; and provide emotional support for families and assist them in their role as an adovocate for their child. Driving is required so you must be at least 21, have relicable transportation, a current driver license, car insurance and a good driving record. A Bachelors degree in Human Development, Family Studies, Child Development or a related field is required. Knowledge of community resources is a plus. Spanish Interpreter-Duchesne/On-call

We are looking for an on-call Spanish Interpreter to accompany providers to the homes of clients to provide oral interpretation and written translation for the families they serve. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating. Driving will be required therefore, you must have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation, and a good driving record. We offer mileage reimbursement at 50 cents per mile. A background screen and motor vehicle report are run on all new hires.

Spanish Interpreter-Tooele

This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating in Somali. Driving will be required therefore you must be at least 21, have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record. Burmese Interpreter
Early Intervention
DDI VANTAGE provides home-based early intervention services to special needs children from birth to three. We are looking for a part-time Burmese Interpreter to accompany staff to the homes of the children and families we serve to provide oral interpretation and written translation services. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating in Burmese. Driving will be required therefore you must be at least 21, have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record. A background screen and motor vehicle report will be run on all new hires. This position comes with some benefits including a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement.

Karin Interpreter
Early Intervention
DDI VANTAGE provides home-based early intervention services to special needs children from birth to three. We are looking for an on-call Karin Interpreter to accompany staff to the homes of the children and families we serve to provide oral interpretation and written translation services. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in interpreting and translating in Karin. Driving will be required therefore you must be at least 21, have a current driver license, car insurance, reliable transportation and a good driving record. We offer mileage reimbursement at .50 per mile.

Kurdish Interpreter

We are looking for an on-call Kurdish Interpreter to accompany staff to the homes of the children and families we serve to provide oral interpretation and written translation services.
